PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPROACH
Rholuck Services operates teamwork approach;

setting and before. We employ the Plan, Do, Check & Review (PDCR)
principle in rendering our services, because we know that PROPER PLANNING PREVENTS
POOR PERFORMANCE. The bedrock upon which we render our services is

DOCUMENT CONTROL
Project document is the project itself. Document
management is a very critical aspect of our services as the
documents are highly confidential solely for the use of those
concerned. No unauthorized person(s) is permitted to have
an access to any of the document applicable to the services
rendered. We have a
Document Management System (DMS) to track all document
both in and out. This is managed by a competent document controller.
The Document controller ensures that every document (Hard & Soft copies)
is stored safely, securely and in a retrievable manner for
future reference.
TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM)
Total Quality Management (TQM) is a tool Rholuck uses to meet our clients’
business needs. It is doing our services right the first time and at all time.
Quality management cannot be separated from Rholuck Services; we ensure all the
services we render are compliant with statutory requirement and technical specifications.
